API REST Migration Deadlines

UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL are all migrating from XML based APIs to oauth JSON "REST" (not actually restful) APIs.

Deprecation dates of legacy APIs:

• UPS - 2024/06/03 2024-08-05
• FedEx - 2024/08/31
• USPS Label APIs Webtools - 2024/07/14
• USPS Webtools - 2025/01/25 2026/01/25
• DHL - TBD
